What is the process of bringing in a non-branded diamond from your website?

Our branded diamonds are in-stock and available for immediate purchase, viewing in our showroom, additional imaging , or in-hand consultation with one of our diamond experts. These brands include A CUT ABOVE® and Expert Selection natural diamonds, and lab grown diamonds in our Precision Lab brand.

Other diamonds on our website are available for purchase and will be shipped to Whiteflash for quality control before being picked up in our showroom or shipped to the client. Customers wishing to have further analysis or imaging on one of these diamonds before purchase, or to arrange a pre-purchase viewing in our showroom, can do so by putting down a 10% refundable deposit with a $1,000 minimum.
